We notice an increasing need for
complete renovation and/or optimization of existing odour
and air pollution control installations.
Customer, who have opted for a low cost
installation in the past, have to notice after some years
that the installation does not funtion or lacks efficiency.
Sometimes the production capacity has increased and the
installation can't cope with this larger volumes.in volume.
Then it's time for an optimization and/or renovation of the
installation. Whenever possible, we keep existing elements,
providing the quality is good, to keep the cost as low as
possible, never loosing out of sight the performance and efficiency of the gas scrubber installation.
Maintenance of existing gas scrubbers and industrial air
scrubbers
: replacement of packing and internals - follow-up and
adjustment The right selection of
packing material and other internals for a gas scrubbers is
a specialist's job. It this selection that will determine
whether the gas scrubber installation will properly function
or not; and above all, it will highly influence the
efficiency of the gas scrubber. Obstructed packing, sticking
together will make the pressure drop over the gas scrubbers
increase and the efficiency drop dramatically. We take care
of the replacement of the packing and internals and will, in
consultation with the customer, select the correct type with
the highest efficiency.
Measure and control of pH, redox,
conductivity are also reexamined and adjusted if necessary.
